Report on Rey Mysterio's Injury Many of Fans may already know that Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio)  is out of action since August 2011 due to an Injury that required immediate  Surgery. Now when there were talks that he is soon coming back to action  a new blast took place. Mysterio was suspended April 26th for Violating WWE's Talent Wellness Policy. Rey was tested in his home town San Diego in February and was found positive. But he was not suspended at that time as he said he knows nothing  about what was found in his body.  He took no drugs but amphetamines was present in his body. Rey said that it is affect of some medicines that he was taking during recovery from surgery.  Doctors thought for a moment that it might be dietary supplement that he was taking to loose weight but still decided to suspend him for over 2 months.
