Legitimacy of Rey Mysterio's Suspension and Problem with WWE

Report on Rey Mysterio's Injury

Many of Fans may already know that Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) 
is out of action since August 2011 due to an Injury that required immediate 
Surgery. Now when there were talks that he is soon coming back to action 
a new blast took place.


Mysterio was suspended April 26th for Violating WWE's Talent Wellness Policy.
Rey was tested in his home town San Diego in February and was found
positive. But he was not suspended at that time as he said he knows nothing 
about what was found in his body. 


He took no drugs but amphetamines was present in his body. Rey said that
it is affect of some medicines that he was taking during recovery from surgery.
 Doctors thought for a moment that it might be dietary supplement that he was
taking to loose weight but still decided to suspend him for over 2 months.

Two Months suspension would cost Rey about  $156,667 of salary which is
not fair any way. However, this would also cost WWE many things like not
having much major Superstars on the roster at this time.

Rey is a major WWE Superstar and has a very clear past where there are no
suspensions or violations. I think he did nothing wrong this this time but is caught .

This can lead to some frustrations between Mexican Sensation and WWE Staff
which would keep him away from getting any push or Championship.

Smackdown is no more entertaining now as far as I think. There are only two guys
that are Randy Orton and Sheamus. Entire load is on shoulders of both these as
Christian is still recovering from injury and Rey Mysterio is suspended until June
25, 2012.

Bringing back Mysterio and putting him against current big Heel Kane can do a lot
better than Kane vs Randy Orton. Remember about how Kane became World
Heavyweight Champion back in 2010 ?

By Cashing Money In The Bank on injured Rey Mysterio who was not in position
to defend himself and was barley standing on his feet. That story can be renewed now
as Cm Punk vs Randy Orton in 2009 was renewed in 2011.
