8 Wrestleing Maneuvers You Can Use to Win Real Life Fights

Wrestling In Real Life
First and most important thing that is taught to a Pro Wrestler is how to
control his emotions, aggression and make sure not to hurt his opponent.
They do every maneuver in the way that it looks injurious and dangerous
to audience but in real, they are just performing what they are told to like
stunt man in Movies.

However that's not the case when you take your hands on someone in real life
or you are defending yourself. So here is a list of those maneuvers are nearly
harmless to Pro Wrestlers but you can adapt from Scripted Pro Wrestling and
turn them into real deadly weapons.

1. Clothesline (Regular Wrestling Move) :
First and most easy move to try is to give Clothesline. You don't need to be
expert in this. Just open one of your arm and run towards your enemy. Make
sure he hits in middle of your arm so you do it safely and take him of his feet.
You can easily manhandle your victim when he is on his back.

2. Spear (Batista, Edge, Goldberg) :
If done probably, Spear can do some real damage to your opponent and you
can easily have the time to escape or attack or whatever you want. For this move,
let him run towards you or somehow set yourself behind him and then take him
down as he turns around with your shoulder into his upper belly.

3. Spine Busters (Batista, HHH) :
Though, this is quite difficult to execute in real life fights but not Impossible. Just
pretend to be lazy or feared and let your enemy run towards you.

Then as he approaches you, just lower down your shoulder, pick him up with
your hands on his back and smash into the ground. This can cause real damage
 into his
backbone and neck.

4. Skull Crushing Finale (The Miz)
Again, you need to get yourself behind your opponent for this maneuver. This is one
of those moves that looks pretty complicated but in real is very easy to execute.
You just need to be very sharp to do this.

Get yourself behind him, get a grip of his
head by putting your hands from below his armpits. Stand side by side to him and
hit your inside leg on his inside leg and drop him face first into ground.

5. Sleeper Hold (Regular Wrestling Move)
One of the most frequently used Submission of all time. This maneuver is to work on
your opponent's breath and knock him out.Simply grab his neck with your strong arm
and hold his head with other arm.Usually It should take about two minutes to knockout
your enemy.

6. Brogue Kick (Sheamus)
Want to win the fight in matter of seconds ? this one is Simply the best for you.
This would damages his neck and when he falls down, maybe he gets some
serious injuries in his back and you can easily survive.

For this move, jump a little bit and raise your weak leg's bent knee up and then
immediately your other foot up right in between your opponent's eyes.

7. Angle Slam (Kurt Angle)
Angle Slam specially helps you to survive the head lock which is without a doubt
most common move that people do in real life fights. When you are in this position,
you are in easiest mode to perform Angle Slam.

Since your head is in his armpit and his arm is around your neck, so you just need
to grab his arm that is around your neck and lift him up with the help of your other
arm and smack him down on his neck.
