Ravindra Jadeja Disappoints for Chennai Super Kings

Ravindra Jadeja - AN ANALYSIS OF THE MI VS CSK MATCH 1
Ravindra Jadeja was the high profile buy of Chennai Superkings this season. Paying a hefty sum of money to the wily all rounder in the IPL 5 2012 auction  Chennai won the player in a close race with Deccan chargers. Infact Chennai spent their whole auction purse on him making him the only purchase of Chennai superkings this season.

So it is natural that the team management and also the Chennai fans would have expected lot more from him. But unfortunately,Jadeja not in his best form these days failed to deliver with both the bat and the ball.

Coming in at number 8,Jadeja came into bat when situation needed him. but getting out to a Malinga delivery scoring just 3 runs from 5 balls, does not speak well of the man who went for a 2 million dollar hike in auction.

Also when he came to bowl for Chennai Superkings against Mumbai Indians ,he was taken of the grid straight away by Richard Levi who punished him for boundaries recklessly.Dhoni ended up taking him off the radar after his first over when he had given off 16 runs.

Totally the IPL 5 match 1 CSK VS MI was not a good opener for Jadeja in the CSK camp.He needs to get his act together soon. Let us hope he delivers what he can deliver.
