Amitabh bacchan to host IPL 5 opening ceremony

IPL 5 opening ceremony will be held on April 3 2012 and it has been announced that Bollywood superstar Amitabh Buchan will host the function. The function will also feature other special 

Bollywood personalities like Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan.

The opening ceremony will be held on April 3 at 7 30 pm at the YMCA college of physical education. The opening nIte as it is being called these days will also have the famous MCC spirit of cricket pledge of the 9 IPL team captains.

According to the press release by IPL the opening ceremony will also have an international star. The ticket sale for the function has eventually begun from March 16 and is priced at 1,500 onwards.
The opening ceremony will begin at 7 30 pm on April 3 and the venue gates will be open to public from 5:00 P M onwards to avoid the unnecessary rush.
