Will Tamim Iqbal play for Pune warriors in IPL 5?

Pune warriors is now hoping to rope in the dashing batsman Tamim Iqbal into their line up after his excellent performances in the Asia cup against India and Pakistan has made an impression. He was indeed one of the key factors in guiding Bangladesh to the finals of Asia cup 2012 where they lost to Pakistan in a narrow margin.

Pune warriors have been hit hard with enough injury concerns. Add to this the fact that they did not participate in the IPL 5 auction where the best players were traded and purchased. They had to satisfy themselves with the transfers of ashok dinda and James hopes from Delhi team.

Now that James hopes too is back to Australia with a knee injury, Pune will rely hard on Tamim Iqbal. Pune will also be considering the recent performances of Darren Sammy against Australia in the recent Australia – West Indies series.
